Bellows dust cover for hydraulic cylinders with a diameter of 88 mm on one side and 50 mm on the other. To protect the rod from damage caused by rain, debris and dirt, the smallest part of the dust cover is attached to the upper end of the cylinder extensions using a clamp. The larger part, on the other hand, is anchored to the painted outer jacket of the cylinder itself. This insulation and protection system is essential, as the sealing gaskets, which run over the rod, could wear out if the rod is damaged, causing oil leaks and affecting the operation of the cylinder. This dust cover has 9 rings and has a maximum extension of 320 mm while totally closed it measures 75 mm. By adding a specially designed rubber ring to this product, it is possible to adapt it and use it even on cylinders that have a lower jacket diameter. With the ring code 18005A, it can be applied on jackets with a diameter of 80 mm. with the 18006A tail ring on cylinder liners with a diameter of 70 mm. WARNING: if the product 18002A is not available, it is possible to use the code 18907T as an alternative, which has the same characteristics. Also for this reason the possibility of applying the rings is valid to adapt it to different cylinders making it become a dust cover diam. 50/70 or 50/80 or 50/90 mm.
