Shipping and Delivery Methods

Mirsponde products are transported by international couriers, selected from the best transportation services to ensure maximum professionalism and delivery speed. Shipping costs are variable as they depend on the destination, quantity, weight, and dimensions of the goods. Locations considered hard to reach by the carrier may involve higher rates and longer delivery times compared to what is typically expected.

Mirsponde is at your disposal to inform you at any time about the exact amount of such expenses if they are not already explicitly specified during the online ordering process. Two types of shipping are available: URGENT and STANDARD

URGENT shipping ensures order processing within a few working days. If an item is temporarily unavailable in the warehouse and the customer requires an urgent delivery, an additional charge will be applied as a contribution to transportation costs for material retrieval.

STANDARD shipping involves longer processing times depending on the purchased items and/or the need for custom packaging.

Items are typically shipped without loss insurance. If the customer wishes to insure the purchased products, they can select this service during the order process before completing the purchase. The insurance cost is 1% of the insured value, with a minimum of 5 € per shipment. A deductible is applied with the following values depending on the regions:

30% if the claim occurs in the regions of Lombardy, Lazio, Puglia, Calabria, Sicily.
20% if the claim occurs in all other regions of Italy.
By way of example, if the insured value is 1000 € and the claim occurs in Veneto, the insurance will pay 800 €; if the claim occurs in Lazio, the insurance will pay 700 €.

Important The driver is required to unload the goods from the truck but is NOT responsible for moving the packages inside.

Even if drivers are willing to help, there must always be a designated person from your side to receive and handle the goods.

If the courier does not allow package opening and in case of detected damage to product packaging, the transport document or accompanying invoice must be signed with "subject to inspection" and always sent via email to info@mirsponde.it.

Otherwise, no merchandise replacements or refunds will be issued.

» It is mandatory to communicate any different destinations when placing the order and indicate if the delivery area is in any way "challenging" (particularly narrow streets, limited traffic zones, pedestrian areas, etc.).

No subsequent destination changes will be accepted. All variations not agreed upon with Mirsponde and any unjustified time loss by carriers will be quantified and charged on the invoice.
