All orders are subject to acceptance by Mirsponde.

Shipping and Delivery Methods

Mirsponde ships with international couriers, selecting the best transport services to ensure maximum professionalism and delivery speed.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, quantity, weight, and dimensions of the goods.

Locations considered difficult to access by the carrier may incur higher rates and longer delivery times than usually expected.

Mirsponde is available to inform you of the exact amount of these costs at any time if they are not already explicitly quantified during the online order process.

Two types of shipping are available: URGENT and STANDARD

URGENT shipping provides order processing within a few business days. If an item is temporarily unavailable in the warehouse and the customer requires urgent delivery, a surcharge will be added as a contribution to transportation costs for material retrieval.

STANDARD shipping involves longer processing times depending on the purchased items and/or the need for custom packaging.

Items typically ship without insurance against loss. If customers wish to insure their purchased products, they can request this via email at info@mirsponde.it before finalizing the purchase.

Important

The driver is required to unload goods from the truck but NOT to transport packages inside.

Although drivers are usually willing to help, someone must always be present at delivery to receive and handle the goods.

If the courier does not allow package opening and damage to product packaging is found, the shipping document or accompanying invoice must be signed with "subject to inspection" and always sent via email to info@mirsponde.it.

Otherwise, no merchandise replacements or refunds will be made.

It is mandatory to communicate any different destinations when sending the order and indicate if the delivery area is somehow "difficult to access" (particularly narrow streets, limited traffic zones, pedestrian zones, etc.).

Subsequent destination changes will not be accepted.

All variations not agreed upon with Mirsponde and unjustified time loss by carriers will be quantified and charged on the invoice.

Prices and Payment Methods

All prices for items offered by Mirsponde are in Euros, excluding VAT, and apply exclusively to purchases made via the Internet.

Discounts on promotional products cannot be combined with other discounts offered by the company.

Mirsponde reserves the right to modify prices at any time due to market changes or typographical errors.

Although Mirsponde checks and potentially updates the price list daily, orders that have already been completed will not undergo price changes.

Available payment methods are:

Bank transfer in advance within 24 hours of order confirmation; proof of payment via bank transfer must include the CRO number issued by the bank and must be sent via email to info@mirsponde.it;
Credit card (only for orders placed directly online);
Cash on delivery with cash or bank draft issued by your bank; in this case, you must send a copy of the check via email to info@mirsponde.it at least 2 days before shipment, which will then be handed to the courier upon receipt of goods.
Important

Only Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted on this website.

Cash on delivery is not available for orders exceeding 1,000 euros, which require a deposit of 70% of the total amount. Cash on delivery payment includes a small percentage fee charged by the courier and calculated during the order process.

Mirsponde, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to require advance payment or to grant or deny cash on delivery payment. In case of late payment, legal interest will be charged.

Guarantees and Right of Withdrawal

All products supplied by Mirsponde are guaranteed for one year from delivery against material or manufacturing defects. Products found to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our facilities, and the customer is obligated to return the purchased product at their own expense. Damage caused by errors or discrepancies in installation or incorrect use of purchased materials is not covered by warranty; in these cases, the company assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect damages resulting from the above conditions.

Important Upon delivery, customers must inspect the external packaging. If it shows alterations, the goods must be accepted with reservation rights and Mirsponde must be notified immediately.

Even if the packaging shows no external alterations, customers must still inspect the goods within the delivery day.

If the goods are found to be damaged, customers must notify Mirsponde promptly.

If the above instructions are not followed, Mirsponde will not be responsible for any damages found.

Mirsponde allows you to try any item for 10 days from delivery, and if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by returning the product and obtaining, within 30 days maximum, either a replacement or a refund (excluding shipping costs).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, which must be done within 10 days from the date of receiving the goods, it is essential to:

Important The right of withdrawal is valid only for countries belonging to the European Union. For other countries, while the freedom to choose the law governing the contract is generally recognized, more favorable consumer treatment prevails.

Compliance with Current Regulations and Legal Notices

All products distributed by Mirsponde comply with current regulations.

In any case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the company shall not be held responsible for delay or non-delivery and reserves the right to resolve the contract in whole or in part, suspend or defer its execution. Visitors to www.mirsponde.it who use the products and services offered on the site agree that any resulting relationship is governed by Italian law and that any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court of Forlì-Cesena.
