Springs and gas springs

In this category you will find all types of springs, both mechanical such as compression springs or fork springs or torsion springs, but also gas springs or cylinders that do not work with oil, but are preloaded with pressurized gas. The springs in the tail lifts are used in most cases for 3 functions. The first is that of help and assistance in opening the platform in the retractable sides. In these cases, the platform covers a portion of the rear hole of the van and the flap completes the infill. It usually opens upwards like the rear doors of cars and with the same principle and operation they also help the flap to rise. The springs are then used in all the roll stop systems on the platform, in fact each flap when unlocked is pushed upwards by these. There are also trolley stops in some of the flap release mechanisms.
