The model and serial number of an ANTEO tail lift are shown on a single label positioned on the lifting arms. For older tail lifts, it's possible to find the model and serial number stamped on the main frame, near or just below the side cover cap.
The model and serial number of a DHOLLANDIA tail lift are currently shown on several labels: one in the center of the control panel, one on the lifting arms, and the last one on the loading platform. Previously, there was only one in the center of the control panel.
In the latest series of tail lifts produced by ELEFANTCAR, the model and serial number are shown on various plates or labels. The largest and most visible is positioned on top of the hydraulic unit cover. Another is riveted to the lifting arms, and finally, the data is stamped in the upper part of the main frame of square section (recent tail lifts) or round section (older tail lifts). The stamped data is on the opposite side of the frame from where the hydraulic unit is mounted. In many cases, smaller adhesive labels on cylinders or other tail lift elements show only the serial number and year of production.
The model and serial number of a SORENSEN tail lift are shown on multiple labels. The first is positioned on one of the two lifting arms, the second inside the hydraulic unit cover. If these two labels are not visible or parts have been replaced, SORENSEN is the only German manufacturer that stamps just the serial number (a 5 or 6 digit number) on the thickness of the tail lift mounting bracket to the vehicle frame, driver's side.
ATTENTION: In this case, you need to put your head under the vehicle where the left side mounting bracket is located, and look from above towards the ground; the stamping is in the 10mm thickness of the bracket. Sometimes you need to clean off rust or paint to identify it correctly. More recent tail lifts have adhesive labels while older ones have riveted aluminum plates.
The model and serial number of a DAUTEL tail lift are shown on a single label in the center of the control panel, which usually has a light blue dashboard. On older tail lifts, there was an aluminum plate riveted to the platform.
The model and serial number of a BAR CARGOLIFT can be found in 3 different positions: on the square section frame in the upper part, near the outer end thus clearly visible, on the underride guard support where the homologation is also written, or inside the cover where the electronic board is located. In this last case, you need to loosen the steel band holding the rubber tube cover. Once opened, it should be immediately visible. Being protected, this is probably the one that suffers least from weather conditions and remains most visible over time. On older tail lifts, there are stamped aluminum plates fixed to the platform that remain visible during vehicle operation.
The model and serial number of an MBB PALFINGER tail lift are shown on a label located on the platform or on the chassis on the driver's side. They can be found in 2 different positions: on the square section frame, in the upper part, near the outer end, thus clearly visible near the frame's end cap. The second location is on the platform, with the label positioned at the bottom to remain visible at human height. It might also be found either in the center of the platform or on the right or left side. On older tail lifts, there is a single stamped aluminum plate on the platform. The same positioning rules apply for this plate.
The model and serial number of a PALFINGER PALGATE tail lift are shown on a single riveted plate on the platform, or in more recent models, on an adhesive label placed in the same position.
The model and serial number of a ZEPRO tail lift can be found on a label (recent tail lifts) or on a nameplate on the tail lift platform (older tail lifts). Alternatively, on the more recent models, there is also a label that can be found on the main frame, usually near the side closure of the tubular part.

If the tail lift, as is necessary, has been regularly tested, the words of MAKE, MODEL and SERIAL NUMBER of the same must also be shown on the registration certificate (booklet) of the vehicle where it was mounted. You can find it in quadrant number 3 at the bottom left.

Generally, the time available to prepare your orders is until 12:30 PM on weekdays, excluding Saturday. In case of advance payment, if it is made within that deadline and the material is all available, the order will be processed immediately and shipped on the same day.
Orders that arrive after that time can still be processed in the afternoon and delivered by us to the GLS to ensure that they leave the same day. However, this emergency service is not always guaranteed, depends on the conditions and availability of the staff and has an additional cost of €15. For emergencies we only use GLS, because it is the only courier of those we use, which has a location for receiving packages at a reasonable distance from ours.
We are subscribed to GLS, BRT, and TNT. These couriers pick up the material daily in the early afternoon. If you are also subscribed to one of these carriers, we can ship the goods freight collect, without needing to arrange the pickup yourself.
If you prefer to entrust the transport to another courier of your choice, you will need to arrange the pickup yourself. It is advisable to consult with our shipping department before doing so.
Attention: We have observed that shipping with your own couriers generally extends delivery times. If the material is urgent, this might not be the best option.

Deferred payment terms can be accessed for companies with whom a long-term, ongoing relationship with multiple monthly supplies is established. In this case, instead of issuing an immediate invoice that accompanies the goods, delivery notes (DDT) are issued; at the end of the month, a summary invoice and then a RI.BA. at 30 days.
